Checklist for International Student Recruitment

1.Chinese language student, visiting student (non-academic education):

(1) Photocopy of your valid passport;

(2) Visa Application for Study in China (JW202);

(3) Physical Examination Record For Foreigner (Only for the foreign student who coming to study in China for more than 6 months <including 6 months>);

(4) Photocopy of Letter of Admission from the university you apply for;

(5) Certification of your highest education;

(6) Certificate of non-criminal conviction；

2. Junior college student, undergraduate student:

(1) Photocopy of your valid passport;

(2) Visa Application for Study in China (JW202);

(3) Physical Examination Record For Foreigner (Only for the foreign student who coming to study in China for more than 6 months <including 6 months>);

(4) Photocopy of Letter of Admission from the university you apply for;

(5) Senior high school qualification;

(6) An official transcript;

(7) Certificate of non-criminal conviction

3. Master student, PhD student:

(1) Photocopy of your valid passport;

(2) Visa Application for Study in China (JW202);

(3) Physical Examination Record For Foreigner (Only for the foreign student who coming to study in China for more than 6 months <including 6 months>);

(4) Photocopy of Letter of Admission from the university you apply for;

(5) Certification of your highest education and an official transcript;

(6) Recommendation letters from two professors or associate professors;

(7) An individual learning program;

(8) Certificate of non-criminal conviction
